Does anyone have experience in getting R&W Insurance for Smalls Deals?

I just came across this content and was curious if anyone on the forum has used this for a smaller acquisition (under $5mm TEV).

It sounds like this policy type, referred to as Transaction Liability Private Enterprise (TLPE), may help with coverage against the "I can't remember" or "I don't knows" that come up in diligence.
