I'm a self-funded searcher and I have a deal in the pipeline that's over SBA limit and don't want to do pari passu loans. I"m wondering what my lending options are and what are some good funds in the space.

Hi Angela - Both commercial banks and non-traditional lenders (mezz funds, SBICs, other credit funds) can help you depending on your capital structure. $2-3m is a minimum EBITDA threshold to many of them, so it'd be important for them to see EBITDA sustainability at that level. Industry is also important - you mentioned B&M retail, and not everyone likes to lend to those companies, although consumer services B&M is definitely more liked than products sold via retail. Please DM me if you want to share more info and I can see if I have any specific names that would fit your needs.
