Does anyone have experience in fund raising in France ?

I'm quite surprised to notice that France is the only in big Western countries to have almost no SF.
Is there anything inefficient in the fund raising step ?

Well taken, thanks for the mention.
I will PM you later on in the year, once I created the fund.
A bit of time will not be too much for the local pressure to decrease a bit and attract investors' interest..

No, nothing special about France, all the resources are there. Plenty of private buyers though (former business owners, former executives, etc.), and plenty of investors if you feel generous with your equity.
