Very segmented market with a number of companies looking to "modernize" the business with marketplace like platforms. Could be fairly decent margin but right now they are hurting due to the lack of imports. Could be an interesting play if specializing in East Coast/Southern freight markets given the uncertainty in LB/LA ports. I don't directly have experience in FF but have worked in the downstream (WHSE & Transportation) for most of my career. Happy to chat.

I've spoken with several that are interested in selling and am currently under negotiation with one. Happy to share some insights into how to reach these owners directly without a broker. In fact, many I've spoken with didn't even consider an exit until I reached out.
