I am currently analyzing a B2B last-mile logistics company in Latin America. The company has been 20+ in the business and services primarily multinational corporations in the CPG industry. It currently provides primarily a dedicated-fleet service (practically in an outsourcing capacity) to clients, transporting finished goods from plant/warehouses to the final point of sale (e.g. supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, mom & pop shops, schools, restaurants, etc.).

I am hoping to connect with anybody with knowledge of the industry willing to have a 20 min call. Ideally, I would like to get a general understanding of industry trends, risks & opportunities in these kinds of companies, valuation ranges, and anything that would help me get a better understanding of the deal at hand.

Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Ramiro, I have experience in supply chain logistics, especially technology surrounding it. I can help to the best of my knowledge. I can also connect you with a leading last mile tech provider in Chile who are popular across the region. They may help you understand local market nuances that I may not know.

Ex chewy.com supply chain. Worked a lot with inbound, outbound, shipping, inventory control and the whole logistics just.. Though not B2B I can talk in depth on what are you going to be dealing with from a logistic standpoint. Would you say this is similar to trucking business in some form? Curious!
