Does anyone have experience in approaching owners to sell?

Family Business with four owners in manufacturing business, three of them want to sell but one does not want.
Any tips on how to approach owners to sell the business ? Compelling stories will be very useful despite of any current by laws.

Why is the non-seller that way? Greed, fear of not having enough money, or fear of being bored, or scared of falling into a black hole if they sell? Even if the 3 sellers can outvote the non-seller, it can be hard to make the business transition if the non seller can make chaos. Maybe a family business consultant can help them/you

True. I suppose it is a mix of greed, fear of being bored or retired…I do agree that he can make chaos but hope others will convince him to a smooth transition.
