Considering a business where the current owner is a licensed master electrician. They are prepared to work out an RME/RMO option, but since they are planning to retire this does not seem like a solid long-term plan. Does anyone have experience successfully hiring a master electrician? I'm having trouble finding master electricians who aren't business owners or work for a large company - trying to understand if this is a viable opportunity for someone without a license.
