Does anyone have experience getting debt financing buying in the US without US credit history?

I am considering acquiring a business in the US, but I don't have any US credit history as I reside in Canadian. My plan is to acquire a 750k-1.5m ebitda business, what would be my best bet to get an acquisition loan? I know I can't get a SBA

Great question. One often asked. I know of local banks that will loan on U.S.-based assets for Canadian citizens, but they will not loan on goodwill. A business in the $750K to $1.5M EBITDA range I will assume will require lending on a substantial amount of goodwill.
