Does anyone have experience evaluating or running home care companies?

I am currently under LOI for two nearby home care franchise territories and considering rolling them up and managing them together. I am still getting up to speed on this space and would welcome any insight on potential risks and things to watch for. I haven't seen too many rollups in this space so wonder if the region-specific aspect of this business model makes them harder to consolidate.
