Does anyone have experience buying a bookkeeping business?

I’m wondering what the pitfalls might be to watch out for with a bookkeeping business.

Any particular cons to a business of this type or advice on what to watch out for would be super helpful.

I feel like I’m fairly well aware of the pros. While not a CPA myself. I’m a huge accounting nerd and do all my own bookkeeping.

I’d also love to hear from anyone who has done it what your experience was like.
