Harsh - I have 8+ years of institutional investment banking and private equity experience and have invested into dozens of small businesses. I've assisted over 30 searchers with diligence and often rollover my compensation in your deal and continue to assist post-closing (https://www.riverstonereporting.com/). Most of the service providers out there are accountants and do QoE / legal work, but do not have private equity experience to dig into KPI's, build more robust investor presentations, and create more comprehensive LBO return models.
