Working with an Advisory Board interested in the pet care sector. This includes veterinarians, daycare, boarding, grooming, pet spa, etc. Must be in business at least 3 years, have at least 3 employees and $500k in revenue.

I don't have any leads for you, but something to note in the veterinary space is that there has already been significant consolidation by groups like VCA (owned by Mars) and Shore Capital Partners (Southern Veterinary Partners and Mission Veterinary Partners). There are also clinics based in pet stores (e.g., VIP Pet Care in Walmart and Thrive in Petco). Although the space is fragmented, ~15% of vet clinics are owned by corporate or PE-backed companies, which can (and do) pay higher multiples than a searcher can stomach. You've got to ask yourself (and your advisory board) how you will find a niche/business that has been overlooked by a lot of very smart/experienced acquirers and/or how you will convince a seller to take a lower multiple than they would get from a corporate buyer. I don't know much about the other segments you mentioned, but I would be wary of the vet clinic space in particular.
