Looking to see which type of metric (EBITDAR, amount per claim, bed days, etc.) would best suit a small clinic's valuation. The specific type of valuation being used would be a leveraged buyout analysis.

What I have seen most often in healthcare is valuation by sales multiple for comparable deals.
