You have many good inputs. My 2 cents.
I have helped a buyer (#1) buy one P=$8M. We spent significant time in inventory aging analysis and sourcing from overseas.
Looked at many others while helping buyer #2. In most cases inventory was very high and seller wanted SDE multiple plus inventory..
Have looked at few e-comm sellers. Was not happy with the business. model.
