Hi everyone, I am from Singapore where the search fund concept is not as well known yet. As such, there arent that many search fund LPs in the market. Unlike the US, we also do not have SBA loans to help finance the acquisition.

In that case, I am wondering if anyone had experience raising capital elsewhere in Asia to fund their search fund? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
