We focus on acquiring businesses in software, technology, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, e-commerce and consumer industries headquartered in the USA..  Revenues between $25 million and $250 million with EBITDA ranging from negative up to $5 million.
I'm happy to pay a finder's fee for introductions, or share a portion of the deal with operational independent sponsors.
