Does anyone have an NDA they can share?

I had an initial call with an owner who expressed a strong interest in selling his company. We agreed to sign an NDA so that he would share his financial or other historical confidential information. Does anyone have a sample NDA to share with me?

I have always been under the impression that attorneys have implied confidentiality. As an M&A Advisor I do not sign NDA's as they have the potential to cause problems on subsequent transactions. The advisors role is to explicitly share confidential information with buyers who have signed the firms NDA. Once this is explained to sellers I have never had push back.
