Hello, I am looking for the boiler plate agreement signed by search fund investors. I have an example version in the search funder primer, but this is US based. I am curious if anyone has a Canadian version.

Tom, I am new here, can you point me to where I can find the boiler plate version for the US? I have a hand full of investors ready to invest and I need to put something together. tks
