Does anyone have advice for searcher/owner family health insurance?

I am ready to cut ties with my expensive cobra health insurance coverage from my previous employer. Does anyone have advice on where to source coverage for my family going forward? I'd like high deductible coverage and will not be offering to employees out of the gates - just my family. Thanks!
