Does anyone have a virtual EA they've used for deal flow they like?

Reason I ask is because a lot of people mix up deal flow with deal sourcing, and it's important to make that distinction. Deal flow is the ongoing stream of vetted opportunities—those businesses or assets that are close to becoming actual deals. An EA can help manage and track that flow, making sure everything is organized and moving along. However, deal sourcing is the process of finding and creating those opportunities in the first place. It involves outreach, relationship-building, and identifying motivated sellers, which requires a more hands-on and strategic approach. If you’re still refining your sourcing process, I’d recommend staying involved in that personally. Once you’ve got your system down, you can bring an EA on to scale the workflow side of things. In that case, I recommend using Fivver and/or Upwork. Finding at least 3 candidates within your budget to give a work sample to and based off your evaluation go with the one who is the best fit.
