You can just base it off the standard templates that are flying around then adapt for British language etc. The format doesn't have to be different.
What's your specific concern or question?
I think often what's most interesting is how you differentiate vs others and how you present a more compelling offer for investors.

Hi Tom, my specific concerns relate to regulatory issues for the UK, they're not the same as the US so a standard template for the US will not comply with UK. Unless the PPM is so basic that it gives no detail or compliance with regulations but that's not really a PPM of standard.
