Does anyone have a simple NDA to use with brokers?

When reaching out to brokers, they often ask for personal financial information. I'm wondering if anyone has a simple NDA template to guarantee confidentiality around information you share with the broker. Thank you!

I think the broker should be providing their own NDA in most cases. We have some templates on our website: https://www.duedilio.com/templates/

Thanks all. The issue I've seen with the broker templates I've seen so far is they only cover my obligations and not broker / seller's. Feel free to link an NDA template to protect the buyer's info if you have a specific one in mind
