Does anyone have an exhaustive post-close integration checklist (for an asset sale) that they can share or point me in the direction of an old post or any other free resources? Thanks in advance.

For example: License transfers, Insurance, Title transfer for any vehicles, Phone/ Internet / Utilities, Building lease, Banking (set up bank account, get debit and credit card, get a void check, set up wire and ach transfers), Payroll provider, Vendor / supplier change of control, Customer contracts, Merchant / payment processor changes. etc.
