Does anyone have a model for a RE property valuation?

I´m looking to get into acquisition of RE and looking for anyone that can share a valuation model. I have experience with company valuation but am not sure what are the complexities with RE. Any resources would be highly appreciate it.

I have developed a number of RE projects. Both NC and acquisition. I have used the “All in one model” that the guys at ACRE built on a number of projects. Check out their website. Tons of great resources. https://www.adventuresincre.com/

Leonardo hola; I had an analyst build me a model for a new site redevelopment which will be happy to share with you. Also, will be happy to discuss more about your interests in the RE industry. I am located in Saint Petersburg Florida and have many Real Estate projects in the area.
