Does anyone have a lender recommendation for Cannabis Deals?

We are making acquisitions to execute a roll-up in the cannabis sector.

Sellers will be compensated in stock and cash proceeds from debt financing. The size of the acquisitions is quite large, with deal values mostly in the $10m+ EV range.

The medium-term outlook is for a public listing in Canada.

Debt must be non-sba, preferably no PGs.

We do have some lenders that will provide funding for cannabis, but is is mostly for equipment and real estate. I have not done anything roll up wise. Sorry.
