I am actively looking to acquire, PE backed, a manufacturing company in Southern California based on the following criteria: 

Valuation 4 to 6 x EBITDA
5 to 50 million Enterprise Value
1-5 million EBITDA Margins

Excluding any heavy Capex companies.

Trained labor pool, friendly business environment, and a Governor who is generous with incentives to recruit/retain businesses in the state.
