I'm researching B2B lead generation services for HVAC for my business in Texas. Compliance with TX laws is imperative. There are lots of folks out there who claim the skills and capability, but so far none of them was able to provide even the most basic quantifiable success metrics to me. For example: "we can reach X commercial property and facilities managers in a month, which will net Y%*X of booked and attended sales/discovery appointments". The "best" I encountered is $ZZZ for a meeting attended by a prospect. That's not a quality metrics - it is easy to offer a $ZZZ/2 gift card, have the prospect (or someone posing as the prospect) attend the meeting to get the card w/o any intention to consider the services at all. Does anyone have successful experience using lead gen to grow their business?
