Hi,

I am looking to buy a small e-commerce store and came across microacquire.com.

Annual access to the platform costs $390 and there is no free option/trial like in the other online businesses marketplaces.

Does anyone have any experience with it? Are the listings exclusive or are they just copy-pasted from other sites?

Thanks

I joined end of last year and figured worth giving a shot. I've had some conversations with some sellers and found several companies I had an interest in and submitted one LOI thus far but not closed anything. Some founders seem to have outlandish valuation expectations so it will take several conversations to weed out those who are serious. I think some toss up their startups hoping to find someone with a bag full of cash to slosh there way and fund their growth. Not all of them are ready to step of the bus and exit completely making the waters muddier in my humble opinion.

MA gets a good number of eCom stores but valuations are crazy.

I would rather recommend you to join FB groups where store owners hangout and ask there if anybody is interested in selling their business.
