Does anybody have experience with buying K-12 schools in Latin America?

I'm a former dean of a highly innovative liberal arts college in Guatemala (https://mpc.ufm.edu/). I'm now getting my MBA and want to explore the idea of rolling up a few schools in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, starting with a small acquisition in Guatemala and going from there.

I plan on pitching this idea to my family's family office but am only getting started on drafting a plan to pitch to them. Ideally I'd like to have a solid understanding of the economics and the financials of what this roll-up would look like, on top of having a PPM, by the end of the year.

The reason I think schools are interesting is because nobody's looking that way, they're a very stable business with recurring revenue and can serve as a platform to build other businesses such as teacher training programs and other services for schools (tutoring, extra curricular activities, etc.). I have very strong contacts in the industry in all three countries.

Any ideas and critique are welcome!
