I'd love to hear from you if you have experience in the self-storage sector. If you are an investor, what sort of cashflow yield are you looking for? If you have direct experience in the industry, what is your view on building a site from scratch?

Your profile shows you as being from the UK. I follow US SS. Based on the most recent Yardi Matrix information, the US SS market is possibly heading for a period of lower growth. Also, certain pockets have over capacity. So, as far as ground up goes, it all depends on your target market.
