It seems like responses are way down from a year ago or so, including open rates, replies, and calls. Does anybody have any great ideas, resources, or best practices on how to resuscitate a dying email campaign?

Yes, I know snail mail is the new hotness, but I'd still like to get the most out of the email channel I could possibly get.

To bring life back to your cold email campaign, start by shaking up your subject lines. Try short, curiosity-driven ones that catch attention. Personalization is key too—mention something specific about their business or industry to make it feel less generic. Keep your emails short and clear, with a strong call to action. You might also want to re-segment your list and focus on smaller, more targeted groups for better results. Play around with the timing of your emails—different days or times can impact engagement. And don’t underestimate follow-ups; a well-timed nudge can make all the difference. The main thing is to keep testing and adjusting until you find what clicks with your audience. Hang in there!

Make sure you are not blacklisted with the major systems like barracuda. You could have blown your domain. Focus on email compliance like dkim, dmarc, spf. Something is up with your processes specifically.
