Does any one have a sample of PPM that can share?

We'd like to get the community's help on the following question. We are considering writing a PRIVATE PLACEMENT MEMORANDUM (PPM), but we don't have any previous experience in the process of writing one. I'd like to find one specific to raising a search fund. Appreciate any thoughts.
