Does any have experience in talking with Construction Company owners

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently building a team of professionals to acquire multiple construction companies and possibly roll them up.

I've also developed a low-income housing community to help with our housing needs in California.

I'm looking for any advice on good questions I should ask a Construction Company Owner so that I can possibly hire one that is in the best interest of our team.

With that being said, any suggestions or advice would be helpful!
