We have two opportunities for ETA-curious operators/executives in the works, both in the Northeast:

1. President of a highly successful $10M+ revenue niche manufacturer. Selling owner is continuing to lead the business and wants to transition out within 6-12 months. Strong operations, automation of key manufacturing already in place, meaningful growth potential so we are looking for a well-balanced executive with finance/ops/revenue experience who also would take the lead on engaging customers and implementing a strategic growth plan.

2. Partnered buyer and new operator of SBA financed acquisition of $1M+ EBTIDA electrical contractor. This is an opportunity to partner with EV on the acquisition of the business, lead it through the ownership transition and professionalize/grow the company, and "exit to EV" after a few years as a planned outcome. Ideally to continue leading the business as part of EV's employee-owned holding company, and to step into an elevated role with EV, helping with other portfolio companies.
