We acquire digital businesses globally - I found that in India - we faced few issues:
1. Lack of reliable data
2. Founders typically do not want to stay back for Earnouts
3. Businesses typically have more moving parts - this leads to issues in knowledge transfers

The business owner who is looking to sell of his business has no one to carry forward the business after him, thus he is looking to sell.

However, it is fairly small business as compared to the usual deals that are listed out here. Approximately 6-7 Cr asking price.

So any recommendation would be great.
