Adding to this, solo searches have accounted for 55% of all such funds formed in 2016 and###-###-#### The vast majority of the remaining search funds are conducted as a duo-partnership. Partnerships have proven to increase the likelihood of acquisition and achieve a greater than 5x outcome. Although more problems may arise in trios, as it can be difficult to manage three distinct personalities/egos.
