Do you know a good equity investor for financial services companies?

I have an accounting firm under LOI that is profitable and has a lot of potential. I have some equity capital lined up for the deal but I am interested in partnering with a strategic investor that might be able to provide advice as well as capital. Any recommendations?

We would be interested. Please feel free to email me further details at redacted We're not a CPA firm, but I spent many years as a CPA at a both Big 4 and mid-sized firms before getting into private equity. I think we could bring a lot of value.
