Hello all,

I'm a self funded searcher based in Australia currently seeking an acquisition for B2B materials handling or technology businesses EBITDA ~$1 - 2.5m and has been operating for > 10 years.

If anyone has deals they have rejected (perhaps it doesn't meet your own criteria), it might be of interest to me and I'd be willing to pay a finders fee if its not already in my pipeline.

I'd be happy to do the reverse as I may have deals that interest you?

DM me if you'd like to explore details. .

Kind regards,

Tino.

I will create another thread for this but it is also related to the same topic so I will post here also.

We beleive that the time, energy and resources spent sourcing proprietary deals shouldn't go to waste and there are great businesses that are not exactly 'ready for sale' or not quite appropriate for a searcher.

For this reason, we've developed the Exit Optimisation package (https://www.accountica.com.au/services/exit-optimisation-package/). The goal is to assist the business owner in being "sale ready" and to then reach out to our network of searchers first to those who may be interested.

If there is minimal searcher interest, then we will then refer to a broker. Happy to pay referral fees to any searchers.

Happy to discuss details via DM or meeting.

Cheers
Chris

Hi Jackson - Ideally mission critical businesses within industrials / manufacturing / maintenance & repair of high value equipment.

I'm also interested in software, tech-enabled services, financial services and payments and e-learning / RTOs / LMS (learning management systems) and ESG/sustainability.
