Do you have a peer group?

Who do you reach out to on a regular basis?

I find myself in a state of perpetual process refinement. In a vacuum, it is often difficult to know whether you are running around in circles or actually making progress. To ensure that I have not veered too far off the rails, I reach out at least once a week to a couple of searchers to share best practices and learn from their experiences. As a searcher, who do you reach out to for guidance or sanity checks? In other words, do you have a group of peers that you correspond with and how did you build this group? I am sure the process is different for self-funded versus funded searchers. I recently read Jim Stein's article "Reaching out for help" which was helpful but I am interested in hearing from the searchfunder community on your approach.

Hey David, I reach out to a few searchers every so often to catch-up but I do not have a set schedule. Happy to have a chat with you anytime if you'd like. Ping me.

Ridge - Thanks for your response. I have found that to be common among many searchers. I will be reaching out to you!
