DME space - view on reimbursement rates

Hi all,

I am finalizing the LOI with a DME based in California. I understand that Medicare / Medi-Cal have retroactively enacted reimbursement rate cuts for certain products. I would like to get a grasp on the likelihood of future rate cuts and which products might be impacted.

Does anyone have DME experience that they could lend here?

I would highly suggest you get a firm that specializes in this space to perform an analysis. BRG and Farragut Square both are pretty well respected in this space.

I know this is an old post but did your deal move forward? I'm also interested in DME and would like to learn more about other owners' experiences with medicare reimbursement. I haven't heard great things.
