Divestiture opportunity

A major supermarket chain is divesting its stores in an effort to become "asset-light" and focus on the wholesale side of the business. There is an opportunity for me to acquire a portfolio of stores ($2m+ EBITDA). Does anyone know of a firm that finances these types of deals? Thanks in advance.
