DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION POLICY FOR OUR COMPANY
We are looking to implement a more formal and action-oriented diversity and inclusion policy at one of our businesses for both hiring/retention of employees as well as supplier spending. We want to go deeper than our existing policy that employees sign upon hiring, and have a formal audit done now on policies and procedures and statistics of our employee base, wages, and spend, as well as quarterly actions that we should strive to make over the next few years.
I think a consultant would be very helpful for us in order to do a third party audit and give us an outside look at our current practices.
Does anyone have any referrals? Any other advice as we launch this?
