Led by experienced software executives and investors, our approach has been referred to as the “Vista Equity for Small-caps”, focusing on an overlooked and underserved segment of the market (<$15m ARR businesses; too small for traditional PE, too mature for VC) with higher than average equity return profiles.

• After completing several investments as independent sponsors for our family office & HNW investors (many of whom we met years ago in this community!), we are raising our next dedicated, blind pool investment vehicle to capitalize on increasing inbound deal flow at dislocated valuations. Our team has experience managing capital for firms including Blackstone, Tiger Global, and Bain Capital.

• Anchor LPs secured and over 2/3rds of our Fund has already been allocated to existing LPs seeking to lock-in ongoing access to our investment products as we continue moving upmarket with institutional investors, and, accessing the co-invest benefits.
