Director of Operations- Full time, paid and with equity! (Los Angeles)

Industrial Succession is focused on rolling up sub-$10m revenue industrial companies in Southern California. Currently, we are rolling up the 1.3k metal fabricators in the area. We own 2 now and our HoldCo is growing! We are looking for an Director of Operations who has the entrepreneurial spirit, wants to have equity ownership in a vehicle that will grow to $100m+ by###-###-#### without having to personally guarantee any debt), wants direct mentorship and is excited to keep manufacturing in America! You will leverage our built out tech stack to help source deals and run tight operations. The ideal candidate will: -Call on/vet the 1.3k targets, use our CRM to keep themselves organized. You must be good on the phone and prior CRM experience is a giant plus -Help with operations of portfolio companies as needed. -Help with transitions of deals post close -Use operations tools like our ERP and Asana to provide data to our COO -Candidate MUST live somewhere between Los Angeles and San Diego (ideally near the companies in Anaheim) and be ready to work 60 Hrs+ per week.
