Director of Corporate Development

This role represents a great opportunity for a prospective search-funder to become immersed in acquisition and corporate development responsibilities. This $400 million revenue company was, in 2012, the largest ($100 million) search-fund acquisition to date. This role reports to the CEO, Andrew Cousin who raised one of the earliest search-funds in 1993 and has completed 15 acquisitions since then. The role requires a minimum 18 month commitment. Andrew is an experienced operator, advisor and investor who is deeply connected in the search-fund community.
