I am curious if anyone here has come across any helpful materials on an outline / plan for diligence milestones post LOI to keep themselves and their advisors on track. Not looking for the actual detailed diligence lists but the actual diligence / process pathway to close.

Hi! This is generally something your attorney should handle. An attorney will provide a due diligence checklist and a closing checklist based on the structure of the deal that will move the ball forward. The closing checklist includes who is responsible for what items, and your attorney will work on all of the legal matters and the business parties will handle their respective matters. What those milestones are, and the specifics of the closing checklist, are dependent on the factors of each deal. I'd be happy to discuss this further.
