^redacted‌, I echo ^redacted‌'s comment "I would prioritize looking for lawyers who have closed a lot of deals of similar size to yours." My law firm, Groundswell Advisors, LLP, is focused on SMB M&A. Our typical client is a searcher looking to close on a deal between $1MM and $10MM. It would be great to chat and see whether we can help you. If you're interested, please reach out at redacted

Albrecht law is great, or SMB law, depending on the size of the deal. Legal DD is pretty straightforward, if you are looking for a lawyer I would prioritize looking for lawyers who have closed a lot of deals of similar size to yours. You need a lawyer who understands how to get a deal done and what matters and what doesn’t when it comes to the terms. You get what you pay for when it comes to lawyers. 1% -1,5% of deal value depending on the complexity of a deal
