Came across this data analytics platform that can plug into most accounting software (quickbooks is the cheapest) and provide all of the diligence reports banks, investors, etc. could be interested in. I'm thinking about using it for quick qualifying early in LOI process before spending big $ on CPA, attorney, etc. Will keep you posted on how it goes. Search on!

This looks like a great platform and I am interested in hearing more about how this works out for you. My experience is that sellers aren't willing to give great details on financials such as full access to the QuickBooks so early on in the process. I am a CPA with Big 4 M&A experience and strong proficiency in ERP systems such as QuickBooks. I may be a good resource for the qualifying stage as I am willing to invest time in my client's searches early on prior to being formally engaged on any project.

Good find, I found this recently as well for seller/leadership issues. https://legendaryat.work/due-diligence
