We are seeking collaborators and executives with healthcare experience for researching and identifying targets for a platform acquisition in home healthcare device and health/wellness monitoring. The target may be a medical device distribution firm with focus on home health, a healthcare b to b or c marketing firm, a growing SaaS business serving personal medicine and/or home health/wellness markets or a unique service provider serving home health needs. The target must be post venture, have annual revenues of $5 million plus (less for innovative SaaS concept or unique marketing firms) and be US based.

Are you looking for an entity whose primary revenue stream is tied to a fee for service ("traditional healthcare reimbursement") model or specifically not reimbursement driven or does this not matter?
