I have a full-service marketing agency under LOI that will serve as an exceptional platform for rolling up the highly fragmented, high-growth, digital marketing industry. My thesis revolves around acquiring founder-centric agencies at low multiples and providing operational support so founders can focus on their creative strengths, driving innovation and performance.
I'm struggling to connect with investors who know the industry well. Most investors I've spoken with either don't fully grasp the sector's nuances and growth potential or are unfamiliar with search. Digital marketing isn't your typical home services search investment, adding another layer of complexity to finding the right investors.
